Ever wonder what the actual dates are for week 52?

The timeshare resale market makes up less than 5% of all timeshare sales. 99% of all timeshare owners purchased their first and sometimes second and third timeshares directly from the developer. Those who have found the resale industry have found very good deals when compared to the devolper prices.

Many high end timeshare companies such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Sheraton, Westgate, Disney, Wyndham and Diamond Resorts charge upwards of $25,000 - $50,000 upfront price for one week of vacation. On the resale market prices generally reach less than 30% of the original developer price, and sometimes as little as 5% of developer price.

Timeshares are a good investment if you enjoy taking a vacation for at least 1 week in one location, like saving money by being able to cook in your own unit rather than eating out each meal. Many units have laundry facilities in the units, on site restaurants, pools, stores, and many activities. Hotels often lack the privacy and accomodations that timeshares give the owners and renters.
